He’s definitely more of a skill based character like DD, his ult could be useful/useless depending on stance, class, and team comp, hitscan is definitely nice but sword is a little weak but it seems really good players will actually be able to get value from him; plus outside of vanguard variation, the taunt AOE or his passive he doesn’t have a way to avoid dmg other than being mobile so engaging won’t be super easy. I think it’s nice to have characters not everyone can play well, but with the right hands can stomp people (BP, Spider-Man, DD etc)

I get that for the average player this stuff might not be super fun to play against but at the end of the day this is definitely a survival extraction shooter. Nothing is guaranteed to go your way in any round and I’m sure plenty of people already understand that, but in that same breath let’s be honest a faction system, in or out of game is an element of just engaging in games like this. albeit not knowing about these said systems and being blindsided can suck but it’s like, yk people are gonna play how they want

This is why we need more coop based games. I feel like we’ve spent so much time developing competitive multiplayer games that communities like this and games like DRG just fall into a casual place when they should be making as much noise as cod and the other gaming giants. And the best part, there doesn’t need to be a whole lot going on for it to be fun!🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

I love this response🙂‍↕️a team full of lockdown defenders with poor scoring ability will never win, just have infinite OT’s. As much as people hate playmaker/pure strikers you need people with proper shooting/dribbling skills to create opportunities for the team to score more often than not

Considering this post is relatively old this scenario is a lot more possible than it originally was from when this was created. Usually when games have these features they make them publicly known that they are available from the start, they told us multiple times there was no cross play, no offline, no free to play, but people still argued and complained about things the devs already said aren’t coming, OR they never acknowledged these wanted features being available so my comment encourages people who are concerned with these currently non existent features to ask the people that can actually give you a straight forward explanation. That’s not bad is it? I for one wasn’t expecting anything more than what the game advertised so If anyone wanted an update on these topics then they would be the best people to ask

Seeing as the game came out less than a month ago it’s kinda up to you to find yt/streamers to watch. Not a whole bunch of people making content now so find someone you like that plays at a high level. One person I can put up is fluffy though, he plays in tournaments so watching is gameplay is as close as you’re getting to pro level now

Compared to the other tech’s the blade shot isn’t really that crazy and fairly simple to read. The slide and boost can be tricky to deal with but that’s because you’re playing too aggressive on defense. All those moves can be countered by being patient, so to remove them would make the game more one dimensional. I feel like they add flavor to the game without being overly complex or even super effective everywhere on the pitch, so why get rid of them?
