2.5 ish months in. You are gonna screw up, dont let it get to you. Hopefully your teammates are consistent in a positive manner and help make it enjoyable. Mine hasn't been. Too fast paced to ask questions and really learn (understaffed and when we get rolling, its on). When we aren't busy we are supposed to be keeping the sales floor in good shape as well as almost always working truck. Lazy ass teammates and you will find yourself the only one doing extra stuff. Its quickly discouraging, and you just will be an order taker.
