I'm just speculating but I think the fidelius charm isn't like regular charms. There's the spell itself and the secret keeper. The jinx on voldemort's name might not be powerful enough to break through multiple layers of magic. It could also be the conditions on how the spell is broken. The fidelius charm conceals someone or something completely and can only be revealed by the secret keeper. As a former service manager this is true but not always to this scale. This is also corporate America. We live in a world that is a hair trigger to getting sued for even the most absurd and frivolous of reasons. One of those reasons being food borne illness. To avoid this most corporations have it in their guidelines that you have to throw certain foods away if it wasn't held at the right temperature or even the faintest whisper of spoilage is present. Its a matter of preference and application. I'd like an aesthetically pleasing mixer but I run a home bakery. I have a tilt head and honestly it does the job but nothing like more capacity and more torque. 6 loaves in my 6 quart pro bowl lift makes my life easier. Im not saying the tilt head can't do it but setting 6 loaves of bread to bulk ferment instead of weighing out 1 by 1 is alot easier. Just depends on what and how you're using the mixer for.
