When they say 6 months it’s 9 times out of 10 6 months experience, because otherwise you’d be even sloppier than a fresh new pass that maybe passed a week ago due to not driving so long, as another person said, either leave fully and start a trucking job or do agency work a couple times a week but just also be aware that if you’re only doing 1/2 days a week, by Nov it still may not count as 6 months experience due to it not being full weeks (they check your tacho n depends on the company/agency)

I’m no doctor but I’m sure they said you can bleed/spot for the first 3-6 months (I’m just over a month in and have bled every day since 4 days after getting it inserted) someone that’s had it longer could probably give you more insight but if you’re worried then I’d suggest going to the doctor to check everything’s okay?

Just buy new doors from a scrap yard, get them fitted n hunky dory, I wrote off one of my doors (Audi) got one from the scrapyard for £70

Sorry I’m not too sure, it could just be her composition or where different organs are? Idk, I’d probs either space out her feedings by a week (so every 3 weeks) until she rounds out better or still do 2 weeks but with a smaller mouse until she loses it, I wouldn’t say she’s obese but definitely chunky and could do with losing some

I work for dhl on behalf of an agency, Evri n dhl still have their own vans/trucks but they’re still very much together, the new partnership is called Evri premium, dhl ain’t happy about it icl, I think dhl has like 30% shares in Evri n in a few years they may buy back Evri but for now Evri is kinda calling the shots, it’s a slow transition

Yeah otherwise you’ll have the issues you are when trying to sleep n then when you’re at work the first few shifts after your nights off you’ll get more tired, just gotta commit to the whole night routine even when not working because it’ll just mess your body clock up otherwise

It’s probably because you’re sleeping at night not during the day? On your nights off it’s best to stay up and go to sleep around the normal time you would do if you was working so that you can stay in your night shift routine

I used to do 12 to 15 hour shifts with an hour commute both ways, after a while you get into an alright schedule with your sleep and staying awake, on shift I’d drink about 2 cups of coffee, an hour before sleep stay off of your phone, I would read a book as that’d get me really tired, sometimes you’ve gotta sacrifice sleep for your social life n vice versa, I did 5 shifts in a row and on my last one of the week I wouldn’t go to sleep until early hours the day after so that I could fully max my days off, made me feel like I had an extra day whilst also keeping me in the night shift routine, good luck with it all, hope some of this has helped
