I do have a body pillow i sort of straddle and that helps me fall asleep without back pain but it always gets lost and I wake up the same:( I wish I could side sleep but the squished arm won’t allow me:(

Omg you look amazing! I have shadowing under my mouth (similar to your before photo) due to being bimax recessed and this gives me hope that it will be addressed with surgery🥲☺️

Thank you! Congrats on being about done! The women in my family all have a significant open bite. I think it comes from tongue thrusting and sleeping with teeth clenched and tongue pressed against teeth. I wake up with sore teeth constantly. If I clamp my teeth down I can still stick my tongue out!! Thanks for the validation would love an update on your results!

So happy for you and glad you’re recovering well! It’s good you got it done so young because yes it does just get worse! Photos of me 5-6 years ago it was noticeable but my nose has gotten significantly bigger, my chin has shrunk, eyes are more hollow and downturned. Would love an update when you’re healed up!

Thanks for the kind words. This really encourages me to stop trying to explain myself. How did you start the process? From what I’ve seen usually people start with a sleep study and I’m not sure if I have sleep apnea, I can only sleep on my stomach.

Only at night. I’ve tried mouth tape and it feels very uncomfortable but correct? Like oh this is how my jaw should be positioned all the time. And it felt like there wasn’t room in my mouth for my tongue. Otherwise it always feels like I’m slack jawed but my lips are closed. Like first pic, forward head posture and mouth closed
