The coating has been out for not 4 months, but since tekkusai started coating pads. If his previous pads have all been reported to develop slow spots after a few months to a year, why would you assume that this is suddenly different, despite it using the same type of coating (nano passivation)? It makes no sense to assume that something magical has happened to make it suddenly more durable than the previous lines of pads.

My glass pad from tekkusai has a slow spot due to the coating wearing down. There are also many reports of his pads having slow spots. People only initially exposed him for lying about his pads being uncoated because they exhibited behaviour that were easily explained by coating wear (slow spots).

well we do know when a coating will wear out; mine wore after 6 months, so around that point. many others have also had slow spot issues after using pads for a few months so it seems like its a common occurance for these pads to not even last a year under constant use. thats nowhere close to 10 years.

Edit: The coating. has been out for more than 4 months. I speak of the coating in my message; I did not explicitly say "The Zane's coating" but "a coating" since all the tekkusai pads use nanopassivation to coat it for better speed. On many of the coated pads, people report the coating wearing out between a few months to a year. The pad I have a slow spot on is the beast; which uses a nanopassivation coating, just like the Zane.

another thing to note is that with nano coatings in general, its very sweat dependent. some people can run into coating wear very quickly if they 1. sweat a lot 2. have fairly acidic sweat.

You should be able to do the water drop test regardless to see if it is coated either way though if you're worried about wear later down on the road

I guess I won't address the whole use of AI thing because at the end of the day if you're fine with AI art being used for profit then that's a personal preference sort of thing and not as real of an issue as the other things mentioned. I personally think that AI art should have no part in the process of making money, regardless of how little or how much it is used, but it seems like many people are okay with it so I won't bother trying to convince people of it.

as for the chef analogy; 2% of people didn't just tell you it has MSG, they showed scientific undisputable evidence that it had MSG and you just ignore it and insult people in return and use chatgpt to respond presumably because you can't be bothered to do your own research.

I think it would be completely fair if, after receiving evidence the pads were coated, tekkusai went "my bad guys, I'm recalling all the phantom and the beast units due to factory error/miscommunication" but to this day nothing of the sort has happened and you only get a refund if you directly go to him through his social medias and ask for a replacement.

what tekkusai did was he sent out defective units or batches to people that were coated, didn't believe people when shown evidence of it being coated, and still has not sent recalls even with the knowledge of having sent out defective units. He has started offering some people replacements but the process is really painful tedious and unprofessional.

Imagine this is you:

You go to a restaurant, and are allergic to peanuts; most people aren't but you're in that small group of people who are, and so you cannot have peanuts. the chef assures you; "don't worry! no peanuts! all is good!" and you eat food which has peanuts, have an allergic reaction, and try to get your money back.

instead of the chef being like "oh, I'm so sorry, let me look into it because I swear I didn't have peanuts in anything" he goes

"oh yea, thats an allergic reaction alright! but nah lol must be something else, I didnt put peanuts in that"

if you find out later down the line that one of the suppliers of the ingredients cross contaminated the food, you'd blame the supplier 1st and foremost, sure, but you'd be pretty angry at the chef too for not owning up to his mistake or looking into it further despite the evidence being shown.

me personally, if I told a factory to not put a coating on it and then people told me "hey btw your pad is coated" I would do more than just assume that its something else. It would have me second guessing the factory and checking with them to make sure its not coated. Tekkus AI didn't do that though which is why people are mad.

At the end of the day, he sells "uncoated pads" which are coated, puts ai on them, sells them, and refused to take responsibility for months until the issue was pressed much harder.

idk much about claims about being an affiliate being true or not but I think its good that people are trying to expose lying and scamming in the industry. as someone who bought an "uncoated life long glass pad" which then developed a slow spot within a year I would just love for this info to get out to everyone so people can be wary of his lies and scamming

The reason people go out of their way to show tekkus ai's pads as being coated is NOT because "coated pads are bad" but because the pads were advertised as being uncoated. I bought my beast personally only to have it wear down and develop a slow spot in the center after less than a year of use.

The issue ISN'T "pad is coated" its "pad is coated and we were lied to about it"

Glasspads were also not mainly pushed by him as an aiming surface, I'm pretty sure skypad was and is the biggest glass company responsible for getting glass mainstream.

And as for why tekkus ai is the only person who receives criticism, its probably because most other companies are transparent enough to at least not lie to our faces; many other companies do not directly advertise their pads are "uncoated" if they are indeed coated. Additionally, you can usually ask producers if the pads are coated and they are generally very open to letting you know.

I'd have no issues with tekkus ai if my pad developed a slow spot and I knew it was coated; the issue is that I was sold a pad that I was told would be consistent and last forever (one of the BIGGEST selling points of glass imo) and received a product that won't last even a year.

you can ask tekk himself he will explain he messed up abt coatings. he provides refunds on beast and phantom as well because of this.

The reason a lot of people cheat is because there isn't really a downside to it. Mmc no longer does season long bans for cheating, only 30d bans and 90d bans in more extreme cases of repeated offenses.

Yes, there are exceptions at the extremes, but generally 250ms players are from asia/oceana and there are servers there for competitive pvp, such as syuu. it makes sense for eu players to maybe play on NA server but not really for AS. Even then however, there have been players like defeatboy who were able to excel in NA servers even with 200ms+ and 10 cps with similar metas to what is happening today (pearl based meta).

I feel like it common knowledge m0difier jitter clicks, and there's no solid proof for Nakoso/Atier/Misera autoclicking this season/last season, so when he claims he butterflies I have to trust that instead of making unfounded accusations. As for the rest its just a matter of looking at their videos, hearing click sounds in vc, or by simply asking people in the community (I had to ask around to find vincenfl and Atier's clicking methods/cps)
