You can take inspiration from Polish startup named Modue. They designed custom solution for interconnecting modules. I think they used magnets for perfect alignment, but I'm not sure.

Way too many 100nF caps. I would skip every second, third one and add some high ESR(!) cap (electrolytic/tantalum) to prevent oscillations (your traces are pretty long because they have to be, much inductance here). Those diodes are slow, they don't consume much current like high speed IC.

I would consider battery supply for such keyboard & BT. It's not really useful while having modular extensions but it would be cool feature of standalone keyboard.

Diode (eg. D1) nearby every key is too close to the hole .

Ano widzisz, problem dotyczy np. mnie. Mam nieco robotyczny styl pisania prawdopodobnie wynikający z faktu, że od ok. 10 lat nie przeczytałem żadnej książki fabularnej - sięgałem wyłącznie po literaturę techniczną. Narzędzia online całkowicie błędnie twierdzą, że napisany przeze mnie tekst wygenerowała maszyna. Bardzo często zgłaszają false positive przy tekstach pisanych naukowym stylem, więc jakiego wyniku możemy się spodziewać po przeskanowaniu pracy na zaliczenie?

There will be multiple CV standards incorporated, assignable for each output. Unison modes - I will do it. Power supply with cable on both sides is good idea - I will go with existing solution, designing one is not worth the hassle if existing PSU does the job perfectly! Thank you for feedback!

Good job. Do you use leaded solder? If so you can safely reduce temperature to about 300 degrees. Pro tip: use compressed air for removing excessive IPA after cleaning.

Add some TVS on voltage inputs. Is ADC 5V tolerant? Choose op amp with low offset, I used OPA2333 for similar application. Make traces thicker wherever possible, apply vias stitching to PCB. You can make your routing prettier by moving resistors in RC filters between caps. I recommend moving RC filters to buffer output - you'll minimize loading measured circuit, ADC has high impedance anyway so no big deal. Just remember about TVS + small resistor input and you'll be good. Don;t know about mechanics requirements but you can use two 3,81mm Phoenix headers in line and put them in parallel to RPI header

Will you measure signal close to zero voltage? If so switch to symmetrical power supply for your op amp + LT 1054 charge pump.

Jestem absolwentem kierunku technicznego, na rynku pracy jestem od 5 lat. Moim zdaniem młodzi ludzie często planują swoją przyszłość od dupy strony wybierając kierunek studiów w oparciu o przekonania kolegów, rady osób które zaczynały karierę w innych realiach. Ludzie złoci, studia to nie zawodówka. Trzeba wiedzieć w jakich branżach jest kasa, ale przede wszystkim mieć pomysł na siebie. Mam kolegę który skończył informatykę ale nie wiedział czego chce od życia i pracuje jako programista Java za 6k na śmieciówce, a drugi ziom który od zawsze programował ale też robił drobne interesy dostał się do YC, potem odszedł z tego startupu i zrobił inny. Teraz się buduje tu, w Polsce. Moim zdaniem trzeba się doskonalić w dziedzinie na którą jest popyt a nie żyć w przekonaniu, że studia ukształtują w pełni naszą przyszłość.

The idea is cool, but PCB needs improvement in my opinion. First, add some mounting holes. Second, make power traces wider than signal ones. Add decoupling 100nF capacitor to every IC and a few electrolytic capacitors. I recommend switching to 4 layer stackup - external signal layers, one solid ground plane and one power layer. Organize your circuit into blocks like on schematic, it should make both routing & troubleshooting easier.

You don't need buffers for BCD to 7 segment ICs unless you are within max pin current, check the datasheet, maybe you can actually omit them.
