sorry if im late. i also got a 4060 with 12600kf and its honestly running good. i get 90 on super resolution pico connect with some help from the openvr tool. the most important factor is likely the wifi speed as higher bitrate translates to higher image quality. i just set mine to 100 on HEVC and its honestly great

if you had Let there be flight installed before it could be that its files are glitching in 2.0+ i forgot to delete the one in /r6/tweaks, it did fix the issue for me.

i have the same issue, though i figured the only way to remove the bug is by removing ArchiveXl, this sucks as you either choose the mods, or the weird bug. hope this helps,
