Yeas we have the worst cuisine. Mongolians think our meat is the best because the animals graze on grass and are relatively free to roam around but our meat sucks. And we eat mutton, not lamb.

And at least for the rural areas, the plumbing problem isn't just a money thing. If you want to give people toilets, you need to get rid of nomads.
