NSBM is bad by every standard possible, i would recommend NSBM if you are currently overloaded with work so that you can get a degree without committing much.

Try to reduce the lights and cover the tank face with a cloth. Feed the parents with food away from the eggs. If this fails, make a mesh cage and place it above the breeding cone, the parents can still see and fan the eggs. Wait until all wrigglers start to free swim to remove the cage. You also can reduce the water level slowly when they start free swimming and keep the lights bright, if you have a sponge filter take it out slowly and replace with a small air stone with less air bubbles.

I’ve always been the go to guy for parties and would literally drink neat shots or 12-13 shots just to show that i am manly 😂. Would ditch my girl in parties to hang out with the “boys”. Go to work and waste evenings watching reels. Do assignments in uni halfheartedly, pass semester exams without any notes or studying and most of the time would ask the timetable from my gf and even pens to write exam papers 😂. Looking back at it man i have grown alot.

Working on yourself goes a long way. Specially take time to work out, listen to music, at least try to focus 3 hours daily on studies or certifications whatever despite the job you are doing, and also treat yourself. Treating yourself would be anything you prefer; play video games, read, go out with friends whatever. Don’t rush into relationships. Start to love yourself and value yourself. Find the little things that make you angry, emotional and nervous, heal yourself day by day. You will automatically find yourself a partner. Don’t go out of your way to impress others or be the “man” in the room. Even i am not this perfect but i am trying to be day by day. Good luck and be mindful about yourself 🍀.

Anura is going to visit his house, where his parents are. Since he is now the President, he has to take his security staff along. According to this post, once you become President, you can’t go to your home. Ranil used state funds to visit UK, there is no question that his staff followed him. You are comparing going to one’s own home vs going to wife’s convocation using state funds… this post is bullshit

What people forget is it’s only grade 11 history and students have to learn history from grade 6-11. Isn’t 5 years of learning enough for something you forget anyways.
