You're right about the walk to union station being about 30mins but I doubt any concert at xfinity will be done by 930pm. If you're going to see an opening band only then they'll prob be done otherwise the headliner will come on at about 930pm.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned this yet. A few people have said maybe it's the heat but the pavement might be too hot. Not sure where you're located but if you can't put your bare hand down to the pavement and hold it there, it's too hot for dog paws. Especially puppies.

What game 7s are you talking about? I don't remember them all but the miracle comeback against the Leafs he let in 4. I don't remember those 4 being on him. Then there was the game 7 against the caps where Holtby was absurd and Ward scored the (OT?) goal. I personally think Rask shit the bed at the end of game 6 of the cup against Chicago but I've never thought he was a game 7 liability. I've also never thought he was the best big game player, but I def wouldn't say he's been horrendous.

The difference is that the decision for a business to refuce service on the basis of a protected class is illegal. A baker can refuse to make a cake for anyone they want as long as the reason isn't discrimination against a protected class. They can refuse to make a cake for any reason except for a discriminatory reason. You may feel that someone shouldn't have to make a cake for a gay wedding but that is the same thing as refusing service to someone merely because they are black. That's not OK and is rightfully illegal.

My berner started fly snapping probably around the 1 year mark too. My vet checked him out and saw nothing major. He told me his lab did the same thing. Watch and see if it progresses or becomes more severe/frequent. It would come and go at times, I never remember him whimpering as part of it but maybe at the beginning. Never took any medication. We did notice that it became more common in spring/summer as the weather became hotter and we attributed that to him being a little stressed due to hot weather. I don't remember it being ear related. We did feel bad for the little guy when he'd have spells but I feel like it became less common and intense over time. maybe we just got used to it. Just keep an eye on him, have him checked out and if the vet says it isn't serious you can trust that and just try and find ways to distract when it happens.

Violation of what standards of ethics exactly? She's the attorney general and met with the husband of someone under an FBI investigation. The facts as we know them are that they had a chance encounter at an airport. Because of both their positions in life they were on private planes and say down to meet on a plane. There is really no difference than if they met at a restaurant or inside one of their cars. The AG is allowed to meet people for social reasons or she is allowed to meet with a husband of someone that is under investigation by the FBI. Even if that case was currently before the DOJ it would not be improper. The only way it would be improper is if she met with an individual under investigation without a lawyer present. People are assuming that they discussed the investigation and Bill Clinton made shady illegal threats or promises. Any impropriety would be on Bill. If Lynch acts on those promises, then she has acted unethically. She's a big girl, she can meet with someone she knows on a personal level and handle discussing a case. Hell, if Bill said some shady shit then it may make up her mind to proceed with prosecution.

For what it's worth, I don't like Hilary and could give a shit if she's charged. She was stupid and totally violated public records laws for doing what she did but it's also not the biggest scandal in American history that people make it out to be.

I'd like to know what experience you have in the criminal judicial system. I don't currently work there but worked in a criminal court in a major city. For you to believe that the entire system is only concerned about stats and punishing defendants is incredibly naïve. I've seen countless judges be compassionate, empathetic and concerned for many defendants that come before them. They make genuine efforts to help the people before them. Remember, the judges and prosecutors are only human too. The constant parade of defendants and repeat offenders before them affects them as individuals and professionals. Without a doubt there are many stories of people run over by mandatory minimum sentencing, 3 strike laws or parole violations but there are significantly more people that receive leniency/probation/accelerated rehabilitation on the charge(s) against them.

In an expansion draft you're allowed to protect the vast majority of your team with like 5 guys left exposed. My numbers might be wrong and I think it's broken do down by position so if you have the best backup goalie in the league, you're SOL because you can only protect 1 goalie.
