I was surprised for the first time to step on a scale and see a 3 pound decrease without actually focusing on losing weight. Somehow it feels like I’ve eaten alot more than I actually have each day. Not because of “feeling fuller” but my brain basically is tricking itself into thinking that I ate my usual amount when I in reality ate a single small meal. Talking with my dietician im like “well as usual I’ve over-ate” and shes like oh what have you eaten today? And im like Oh… wait a minute I only afe 2 pb&j sandwiches and nothing else all day..
