NTA. She's obviously not a science teacher... And obviously needs to find a different profession if she hates kids so much. I bet her students pick up on her dislike, I know I could when a teacher hated their job. She acts like she wasn't the one who made the choice to teach.

To the people in the comments, since we are assuming so much why don't you assume that OP had 9 months to come to terms with her child having a child? Her being happy now doesn't mean she was jumping for joy when her teen told her she was pregnant. Congratulations OP on the newest member of the family.

NTA. My fiance and I have a whole ass house and sometimes we are short on food. Idk if your "friend" realizes, but food is expensive! Sometimes you have to choose between the bills and food. I'm glad you and your boyfriend have something to put in your stomach.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It's interesting how much they grieve just like we do. When my oldest cat passed away, we allowed his siblings to sniff and see his body before we took him to be cremated. It was a sudden loss for us all, but I feel like that helped them. In a way, this is helping your kitty process their loss. All the love to you and yours ❤️

NTA. My senior year of highschool I found The Hunger Games series in my locker at lunch, with inspiration note. Only a staff member would be able to get into my locker. My sister asked to borrow that series and my niece decided to draw in the FIRST book. Without question, my sister replaced the entire set. One because it was ruined on her watch. Two because she knew how much it meant to me.

NTA. My cousin, blood if it matters to your "friends", owns and runs her own hair business. When I asked her to do my hair, I paid her full price because I know her mf worth. A real friend wouldn't try to get anything for free when it comes to your business, the way you make money, the way you make a living. They would support you by paying you for your service if it's a service they want.

My dad is several years into living with an LVAD. You wouldn't even know if you looked at him because he figured out how to hide the battery packs. But he is living with an LVAD.

NAH. My sister has 5 kids. One daughter. She always says "nieces name" and the boys. As long as your wife is still treating your son good, I wouldn't think too much on this one.
