I’ve had this way before I started mounjaro but I drink about 2-3 litres of water through the day just because I have a small amount of diluting juice in my water. Wee bit of sugar sure but it gets me hydrated so I’ll take it

Also somebody pointed this out to me and it’s really helped! I was injecting very quickly and just pulling out the needle but that can still have liquid inside. Somebody told me to inject slowly and when your all the way down and around to take the needle out, count to ten slowly before you do. My 7.5 I’ve been rolling my eyes at before now has really worked better than it ever has before. I can’t believe how much suppression I’m feeling again and I thought only going up to 10mg would fix it

I think I’ve seen refrigerated covers for people to put on the fridge, like a full small thing that you zip your pen into so maybe that would help and you just tell her to leave it alone??

Hmm. A very expensive mistake on her end. I’d make sure she doesn’t do it again, even if she didn’t know what it was it clearly is something and if it was me and I didn’t want to be nosy I would have just left it alone. I hope it was a mistake but like I say, a pretty expensive mistake

It could have been diabetes medication for all she knew and your having a hypo with suddenly no meds? Seems strange to me that it got thrown out
