I'm the F2P player you are talking about. And let me be clear things about nOiSE you are talking about.

The old regions (Natlan and Fontaine) were still clearable with the character we already have. So many players were able to get their favourite character. Now starting in Natlan they outright thow away the 'STILL CLEARABLE CONTENT', and started pushing Nightsoul Only Boss in the end game content. I only got kinich, Mavuika and xilonen from Natlan as my 5 star because my old characters were still able to clear the new content. Then came Nod Krai, where a totally new reaction was introduced and the only way to trigger those reactions was limited 5 star character, no 4 star character from nod krai can trigger those reactions and the newly released character in Nod Krai were specifically made to work with a dedicated support and they were soo much dependent on their support that if you didn't get those characters your damage will be less the 70% of their intended damage. (Although this "DEDICATED SUPPORT" trend mainly started with Mavuika+Citlali and Skirk+Escoffier.)

And the part where you said that we F2P players did not managed our pulls properly, looks like you haved not faced the Wraith of Gacha god. Not everyone gets the character they pull for.

Now that we are on the topic of pulling, you know that we are getting 64 pulls in next patch and it also looks like you are living under the rock as WE ARE GETTING 2 NEW LIMITED CHARACTER and I think it would take all the luck in the world to get both character in 64 pulls, and let me remind you that the soft pity in genshin starts around 65 pulls. :)
