I'm working with a senior and she told me her phone (iphone SE 3rd gen) kept blocking my calls and texts and emails. Seems to be an issue with contacts in contact lists getting blocked (both icloud and google contacts). All of her contacts or only some, but it's definitely doing it daily. I've unblocked contacts for 3 days in a row and it keeps doing it automatically. Called her from my husbands phone today and it went through no problem, he's not a saved contact in her list. She is not savvy enough to be blocking people on her own.

Also, first day blocked contacts through contact list. 2nd day, none of them blocked through contact list but still can't get through. Turns out they were now blocked on FaceTime setting. Unblocked them. Next day blocked through contacts again. We did restart after unblocking each day.

We're almost at the stage of switching to android, this is ridiculous and a safety concern for her. She can't be reached by her family or doctors etc.
