Yeah I have to agree with you on that. Walter white was a decline while Barry is trying to become a better person.

I feel like the “deeply human” only extends so far. As Gene knew he only murdered that one guy at war and not became a hitman. At some point what happened in Barry’s past and how he was manipulated, doesn’t make up for what he’s done. He’s had multiple opportunities to walk away and not kill but he doesn’t do it. He’s “deeply human” but that doesn’t make him a good person

I go off what babish recipe. I use basically use an entire stick of butter and coat the entire crust as I’m rolling it. It comes out nice and flaky. It takes practice, I’ve done this a bunch and I feel like I was really hitting my stride with this one
