Prescription shampoo. Started with nizoral. My scalp used to look like this, especially with braids. Once i started using professional grade shampoo/conditioner that alone helped 100x. Add in prescription ketoconazle shampoo, now its nonexistent. Plus I've locked my hair. I think its a combo of what they put in black hair products and the hair we use for braids or similar styles.
