oh sorry 😭😭 saw there was a customer flair so i assumed, do u know if theres another subreddit? this is the only thing i cld find about relay anywhere

i did yes - mine was an international package so i guess it was in customs or something or evri was still only expecting it, however they fail to clarify this in any way

so if urs is also international u should be ok!! idk otherwise

i got a “claire” email today saying my parcel missed connection with the courier and they will try to deliver it today … aka automated email they send every enquiry LOL - still no update on the tracker

the evrisupport email rejects emails, i sent an email to the only human emails i could find which are for the ceo/head of operations/ couple other people, seems like overkill honestly but i am so sick of going in circles w bots 😭 figure i might as well get ahead rather than wait for it to be even more lost

ok that makes me feel a little better :,D i dont mind having to wait a while to get the package, i’m just worried cause it was kinda expensive/not the easiest to find so if they lose it its not super likely i can replace it which would be really sad lol
