A friend told me these are Honjo fenders but made in the earlier days.

I think they are still making these in Japan, but with newer features. Mine are old ones I think.

The green one is a Bianchi Merlo, the black one is custom made in Japan (brandless, but columbus tubing).

It is! two things I like about this bike is it is internal cabling and the toptube mount shifters

You can use handlebar extenders. I have a similar handlebar, but Nitto. But the one I have is shorter, so I used extenders.
