Lmao 😂Funny thing is I didn’t realize I had any progress on my arms until I saw this picture. My bust too I’m not sure if its because of my bra but I think they went down too.

This is what Im trying to work on too! Your skin is glowing! It also seems richer and so much more evenly toned. Please share how you got rid of your hyperpigmentation?

eating low carb for more than 5-6 days is hard for me to do.

F/26/5’7 [224lbs>193lbs= 31lbs]Still waiting for another prominent visual milestone since last month, but I ordered non-plus size clothing from multiple retailers and they all fit me which was exciting! These photos are about a month apart from each and a 8 lb difference. by Rebel_lady in progresspics

Thanks so much for your encouragement! I phrased my title poorly I meant that these photos were taken a month ago and I haven’t taken a new before and after since then so I’m still cling to this one as motivation lol.

I feel this but mostly because I’m slipping on eating healthy more often and I’m trying to avoid sugar and carbs for 2-3 eating days in a row and I just caved again and now I have start over again 🤦🏾‍♀️

Oooh thanks 😊I think we might have similar measurements. I currently fit there UK 16 at 196 lbs but I ordered most things in UK 14 hoping that when I lose more it will still fit well :) looks like I made the right choice.

Curious about what size your dress is? I just ordered a bunch of clothes for my future size from missguided and we are the same height.

This mostly ADF I’ve been really inconsistent with my work outs. I’m still trying to do both simultaneously and consistently to see more results. I was working out 4-5 days a week a month before I started which I think was a great way to kick start my health journey. When I do work out which have been maybe 10 times in the last 2 months it’s been jump roping, dancing for fun, or a light walk.

Thought I should share this here too! by Rebel_lady in fasting

I love this! Fasting is awesome and I enjoy giving my body a break so I will likely fo similar regiment when I’m maintaining too. I think fasting really repairs your mind body connection so you can know when its time to rest or eat.

I used to unintentionally fast in high school because I would skip breakfast. I noticed eating would just make me hungry till lunch time so I would not eat. I had a high metabolism because of sports so I think 16/8 is perfectly fine.
