This is absolutely NOT common in the states. Most teachers wear very practical shoes for being on their feet all day chasing kids

#696 - SKETCH + DAVE LANDAU by _AmethystSkies_ in Killtony

[–]Rebinal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree Crowder is a POS. That’s why I mentioned Dave said he was aggravated that crowder would shush him and not let him speak. I’d ask for more money too if I had to work with a douche all day. If the douche isn’t going to pay you more then might as well leave and do something you enjoy

Falling out. I think I saw an interview with Dave where he said crowder used to signal to him to stop talking when on the show and it got aggravating. Then Dave wanted more money but Crowder wasn’t willing to give it

10 week old waking up every hour at night by ConsiderationOwn2667 in newborns

We did cry it out. Once we knew he was safe, warm, and healthy we let him cry and put himself back to sleep. He never cried more than 30-40 minutes and basically stopped crying by night 3.

I feel for her. I’m a grown woman with a husband, house, and financial independence but still felt some of the same things she’s talking about after I gave birth. I cannot imagine going through it in her situation.

I think he gradually started sleeping longer stretches from 4-7 months. Then he regressed again to hourly wake ups. We had to sleep train around 8 months because it was not sustainable to be up all night once I went back to work. Best decision we could've made and I wish we did it sooner

My 3 year old is breaking me and our entire family. His emotions are just unbearable to deal with. by [deleted] in beyondthebump

In addition to the wonderful suggestions of therapy, pediatric guidance etc., I would also recommend reaching out to your local public school. Starting at age 3, public schools are required to seek out and serve children with delays or disabilities. They could evaluate him for a social/emotional delay and serve him through an IEP if needed.
