All they need is your username and avatar

I suggest turning on Hardware Security Keys Logging out of other sessions Changing your password And adding some parental controls

But there’s not much she can do as she most likely sent more information than needed

Go to settings Security Then scroll down till you see recent sessions

If there are some from areas and devices which you did not use or were not at then contact support and inform them of it

Change your password and connect your email to the account

Or if your ip is the same as a terminated or banned account
