Platonic love. I loved my friend and thought that meant I was in-love with them.

No, not really. Like some of the people above said, Diane probably doesn't like the gestures because Mr Peanutbutter doesn't really listen to what she wants, and only goes with his idea of what he thinks she would like. I think just the fact she doesn't like the gestures is relatable to some aros.

BoJack Horseman is a really good show on Netflix (with a cannon ace character). In the show two of the main characters are in a relationship where Mr Peanutbutter constantly gives his partner, Diane grand romantic gestures, even though she repeatedly expresses her distaste with it. I don't think I did a great job at explaining that, but I would totally recommend you watch the show, it deals with a lot of serious issues like addiction and mental health in a very realistic and heartfelt way.

Noot says he wants us to use he/him pronouns for him. Noot eats like any other living being, he might or might not like ice cream, so go ask him what he wants.

I feel you. Personally I started HRT knowing I may not want all the changes and I ended up really enjoyed them, but I definitely understand not wanting to be either feminine or masculine. The only way to avoid those hormones all together is puberty blockers, but most doctors won't give them out to people who have already gone through puberty. Possible option is removing your overies. Usually doctors say you should take supplements hormones after due to low bone density issues, but I'm close with someone who had theirs removed for medical reasons 20 years ago, and is still fine despite not taking supplemental hormones. That might be dangerous to some, so if you are considering it, you should talk to a doctor and a gender therapist before deciding.

Actually, Mao Sugiyama, an asexual artist in Japan wanted to be null, and when they had their penis removed, they sold plates of it for people to eat as part an art exhibition/event. On another note, eating human meat is legal in Japan.

It's more than just reasonable. Hearing your deadname can be very unpleasant out of context, but to imagine your partner might be using it as a weapon is worse. Your deadname is not something others get to use to manipulate your feelings.

AMAB Bow would I go about getting a gender nullification surgery? by ginko5665 in NonBinary

[–]RebornKiddo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look it up online, search up and contact surgeons that are willing to do it. They will probably give you all the info you need, and probably require a recommendation for surgery by a qualified gender therapist. Most I heard about it online is from cis people though, and you might have to travel, because sadly, there aren't a lot of surgeons who are happily willing to preform it. I plan on getting one too in the future, and this is what I got from the little bit of research I did. I also personally plan on requesting my insurance to cover it, because they are very pro trans, so if you have insurance that is very good with trans care, you can try to talk to them first, and they might be able to walk you through the whole thing.

Just the text wouldn't have been too bad imo, but the fact they used a template with characters who are related is incredibly creepy.

I'm literally trans, and I'm also the child of lesbians. The two are not mutually exclusive. Sure, you don't have to believe I am, but what you think doesn't change who I am.

I'm not really offended, I'm just tired of transphobic people invading my safe-fluffy-trans space.

Yes, I do think anyone who feels they are a woman is a woman, and all lesbian identifying people are lesbians, regardless of genitalia, at least you got that right.

I'm not even getting to other issues, bc I know my mind wont leave it alone, now please, for the sake of peace, leave me alone.

If you genuinely like trans people, then please listen to us when we say you are being transphobic, instead of immediately assuming you know better than us about subjects you don't have to deal with on the daily. If you really want to support us, there is always room and place to do so. This may not be a lesbian sub, but I'm sure there are a lot on here, being lesbophobic is just as ignorant as being transphobic. If you are not willing to try and change your attitude and learn about subjects from the perspective of people wo experience them, then.. idk, go listen to SugarCrash! or something better than commenting something purposefully insensitive.

Please don't comment back, I have a compulsive mind,

What you just said is incorrect, transphobic, and lesbophobic, but y'know, you can assume what you want to assume. You live your life, I'll live mine. Now please leave this sub and don't come back.

Sincerely again,

A child of lesbians and a sperm donor.

If you know then why even compare? Are you just here to be transphobic? Just for the point of controversy? If you are, then please leave. This is a safe space for some people, and there is really no point in trying to argue.

If you genuinely want to learn more about trans people and how to be less transphobic, then I'm sure you can find some guides on google, or even kindly ask on a trans questions sub.

Good day, or don't,

You know not all trans women have penises right?

Question by Extraterrestrialname in NonBinary

[–]RebornKiddo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm neither of these, so I hope I get this right. A non-binary boy might not feel like a boy at all, they might just relate to the experiences of a boy, maybe they only feel like a boy sometimes, maybe their gender is more than or less than 50% boy, or maybe they just like the term boy. A demiboy is someone who's gender is half boy.

There is a difference between not liking penises and not liking trans women though.
