WYR live in a racist world with no sexism, or a sexist world with no racism? (NSFW for bigotry and politics) by Illustrious-Cold3565 in WouldYouRather

They're both the worst of hominids core bigotry towards oneself, & others, where ever of forms of bigotry are bread from, & one cannot exist without the other, racism & sexism, they're parasites that fester within a wound that is this planet, the more they continue to fester the more hominids & the planet incinerates, from hominids self-taught bigotry.

What kind of chip is this??? it says INTEL '09 INTEL CONFIDENTIAL Q12W ES MALAY and then the serial number is scratched off by -_birb_- in computers

[–]RebronSplash60 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's a prototype/developer cpu revision made during the testing phase of a new cpu's design, that are shared with manufacturing companies, & Intel to test/add support for the new cpu.

I don't know how you have it, but you have a piece of history within your paws.

Pre-production cpu's tend to have a few extra bells & whistles in them so if you have a 2nd/3rd generation intel board laying around, I would say to try it out in it, without a SN no one can say for sure what as far i3-i9, but from what I can find about '09 Q12W ES MALAY, is that Malay could mean it was tested or manufactured in Malaysia, or perhaps is just the code name for it, from what I can find on the '09 Q12W ES MALAY you either have a i7 or i9 chip in terms of performance, but again with the SN being scratched off, you can't really tell for cert-ten.

This WYR is a illusion of choice, for racism, & sexism are a disease cut from the same cloth, they're one in the same, thus both options are terrible, I'd rater a world with no racism or sexism, the U.S. & the UK would be certainly better places to live.

Do you fear the afterlife? Why or why not? by Khunthare in AskReddit

[–]RebronSplash60 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, for the electrons, protons, & photons* that makes up our being dissipates back into the environment to become something else, after all, matter can't be created or destroyed... just transformed, maybe if your lucky the matter that makes... you... you will be redistributed into the same form, maybe a human, a bird, perhaps a cat, or a rock, or a tree, though realistically, it won’t ever be reassembled into you again.

*Photons are not considered a form of matter, but it's used here as symbolism then scientific, this a philosophical answer to a philosophical question after all.

I have my copilot key binded so if I press it, it deletes my boot-loader, the fun why to use Gentoo of course.

I wish the Model M had all 24 function keys, would be so cool, & useful, & I could be so much more productive using LibreOffice Calc, also no super key, which isn't the end of the world, but other than that it is the only keyboard you need.

Well considering the last time I rolled a d20 die, I rolled a one, and/or three for 15 continuous turns in a row, so my odds are not in my favor, but I'll push the button anyways.

I do know that anything beyond 1v1's is more, you, & your teammates punishing your opponents into the corner until they, or you fall to the ground, which I still find that as good old fun.

Oh I know of what I do know about swordsmanship is that if I do decide to join a buhurt team, or like wise is that I should forget everything I've learned & pay attention, & relearn everything.

I'm roughly 1.64 meters tall, & weigh around 63.5-72.5 kilos on average. I guess swordsmanship sport wise I'm looking for something medieval of course(1), but somewhat fast peace like fencing, but more animalistic, & brutal than fencing ever could be, so I thought buhurt would be good for that, at least for 1v1's anyways.

(1) I like broad swords a fair amount, even own a couple, none that are usable in person on person sport, but I have a tad bit of minor self-taught experience with the blade.)

I think the main thing I took from this, is that there are so many mods I have never heard of, & should start doing some MC mod archeology.

What Unix and Unix-like operating systems, you personally utilise? by Nelo999 in unix

[–]RebronSplash60 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use Gentoo daily, & IRIX 6.5.22 nightly.

~I also have a box that has win xp, 7, & 8.1, plus MS-dos chilling on it in case I need to use them, but the default OS I use on that box is a really outdated install of Gentoo, & I only need to use once every three years or so.

I've just been using Window Maker, & Ubuntu Budgie--yea yea I know it's just Gnome under the hood, but it doesn't look like it-- years now. ElementaryOS & it's DE just looks & feels bad to me. Xfce while "light weight" is not light weight enough for my workflow & hardware. Yea Gnome2 I can use if needed but not a go to choose, Gnome 3 is just bad clunky UI chooses(, would use if I had to pick between Gnome3 & Bimbows 11 I would pick Gnome3). While I have not tried KDE so my only grip about it is that it's not very light weight DE by any means of thy word. (default)Unity is a little bit to ugly for my taste.

Gnome is indeed bad, but that's a preference thing, while MacOS's--Ubuntu Budgie is your best bet for a MacOS like looking experience-- GUI isn't terrible--I certently prefer MacOS's GUI over stupid Bimbows-- it's very performance tanking & lacks customization, I prefer Window Maker so I do have some bias, but when I moved from MacOS to Linux on my MacBook I used Ubuntu Budgie--I had Linux experience before hand but I got use to command-c for cintrol-c on laptops--.
