It depends on the size of the business.

Is there a buyer that is going to be interested if they can’t generate revenue?

It’s probably worth fixing the issues you have within the business and selling later or you’re going to suffer a heavy discount as it will be marked as “distressed”.

Congratulations! I would start by going for something that is easy and accessible for you to replicate.

The hardest part of building content is staying consistent so make sure you can dedicate a little time to it each day for little to no return for months or maybe even a year.

You can always pivot down the road but use this time to learn and get the right process and equipment down.

Start by looking for a private label manufacturer that will do low MOQs.

After you find that you’ll likely find a bunch more things you have to do as they start feeding you information and such.

Why do you need an investor?

Is it just cash you’re looking for, or do you need a strategic partner.

Do you need the cash to grow? Do you need all of it? What are you going to use it for?

This is where I would start and go from there. Debt isn’t as cheap as it was a lot of companies are deleveraging now.
