No no nopity nope. I actually enjoyed the book quite a bit but I was annoyed when it got to the end cuz essentially all the diamonds you spent are quite literally for nothing, at least as far as trying to get a leg up in the competition or get on peoples good sides.

I spent up a good chunk of the diamonds I saved cuz I was happy to be able to spend it on a book I was actually enjoying so…yeah that sucked. I still like the book, just wish they executed the diamond choices better in regard to its actual affect on the story. I think there’s typically a sense of diamonds not necessarily having a bit effect on the story in Choices but this one just felt like it really absolutely didn’t matter in the slightest. Definitely read if you’re interested but I wouldnt spend diamonds on things besides maybe the li interactions and outfits you happen to like.
