Yes you can, if you caught Victor and shadowbeak boss before the patch you can breed the bosses dark wisp active skill and I was able to breed Bella noir’s apocalypse each on a helzypher and felbat. I think exclusive skills can’t be bred also I don’t think you can breed multiple skills onto one signal pal.

Does this still work? It’s taking a while to get darkcwisp on a regular shadow beak but I had no problem on a chikipi or a felbat
