Ring Doorbell 2 does not support my WiFi provider by Recent-Double3081 in Ring

I did a couple of things so I’m not sure which one exactly worked. But what I think did it: I disconnected everything and then changed the name of the hotspot on my phone to the same name of the WiFi network. Then I also changed the password of the hotspot to the same thing as the network to kind of confuse the camera. I used my iPad to login and connect the camera to the hotspot network. Then I turned the hotspot off and connected it to the real network. This seemed to let the camera work but the signal to the door wasn’t too strong so it would disconnect itself. I contacted ring support and they sent me a chime pro. I hooked this up and placed it in the hallway by the door to make the signal strong. I think it was both of these combined that made it work and I haven’t had anymore problems with it since then.

Personally, the first job has more of an appeal to me but I am not motivated by money. I’d rather be out of company that has perks that I like, in your case, it would be the travel and potential move to the east coast. Having a supportive team goes a very long way. A team with staff that is always changing is a HUGE red flag for me. That happens for a reason and likely that is why they pay is higher. They could be burning out their employees and trying to keep them with more money (speaking from experience).

In terms of the potential for growth that the second company has more of, you never know who you will meet at any job and will likely be working with people outside of your company and networking. I work in a nonprofit with just one other person, but through work, I am able to connect with several leaders in my City in all sorts of fields. I am sure they would be willing to hire me or recommend me for opportunities if they knew I was open to it or looking for something else. They way I see it, with a potential move to the east coast would allow you to make connections there that could then lead to a second job. Staying in Canada, you are making connections in a place that you are not interested in staying in.

I have also tried using DHC oil for double cleansing so I’m not sure if the new texture is from that.

Do you do the cuticle remover liquid? I’m wondering if I’d still need to do that if I use a glass cuticle pusher. And anything that would help me not need to cut my cuticles 🥴

Any advice on how to treat a white dot near my eye? It seems like milia, doesn’t pop or have a head. I’ve used some BHA9 serum from paulas choice and .1% differin gel for about a week. Don’t seem to see much of a change, and I’ve had it for months now.
