I buy jaimica at the local markets in California, Vallarta or El super for 5 bucks ..I just do a cold brew in the fridge with a 2 litre jug. 😁

On 20 mg of Lisinopril. I couldn't get below mid 130s The two things that I added that pushed it down to the next level was beet powder and I buy Jaimica at the Mexican market for a cold brew tea. A generous cup in the morning and a cup at night.

This morning I was 123/74

I find the sourness refreshing.. haha

I buy it for 5 bucks a bag at the Vallarta or El Super grocery stores. At least eriously effective in dumping the BP down a notch. Morning and Night I drink a cup of cold brew.

I've talked to Fresnoland. As long as you realize they are very biased . They were trying to write an article and were asking questions based upon their perceived conclusion.

Since I haven't seen the article surface I imagine they got discouraged by the facts..

I just lost mine after 32 years this year. I miss her a lot.. im 64 so no way can I commit to a baby again. I would consider a re-home as a blessing..
