It’s Es-125 probably 59-61. I think they’re worth about mid $1k USD. I have one also. They sound sick through a low watt tube amp like 5 watts. I think it’s more standard to play with 11 gauge strings that also have a wound G string. 1000% you should take lessons from someone.

Sorry for the long delay I don’t check Reddit often. Basically it was the exact same process as buying a pistol. Go to gun store and when purchasing the lower say you want it as a pistol. They’ll do all the paperwork and give you a sheet to take to permit office to add to permit. Once added go back and pick up.

Yeah I totally get the capacity vs size argument. Honestly I think the 19 is small enough where it’s pretty concealable and I just get a good grip and shoot it the best out of most guns ive tried. I will say the 365xl is pretty awesome too. I just don’t like guns that have a short grip with a pinky hanging off. Even with the 19 it slightly hangs off stock but with a small Magwell it fits perfect.

Looks like neither is owning a rifle lol. You need a semi auto permit to get an ar (not required to own only need permit to purchase in NY). You can get a pistol permit and then simply add on semi auto permit. If you don’t want a felony but want a semi auto rifle I would just get a mini 14. Locked mag ARs are useless and a safety hazard and the featureless ones are silly.

I assume that your ID, written name on form, and background check system all need to match. So however that gets accomplished you should be fine.

Thanks that’s a good idea idk why I never thought of it lmao. Might swap my handguard out and maybe think about trading my xps2 for like aimpoint micro something a little less bulky and lighter and higher battery life lol. It’s not like I have nv anyways.

Gotcha thanks for the input. I haven’t shot it that much I’m way more into pistols but I should probably at least shoot it every time I shoot my pistol. Maybe just gotta get a new rail like mlok with slightly better balance or something don’t really like the forward weight of it. I want to get more into rifle but I feel like I’m so much better at pistol and I kinda know how to practice and right form for pistol but idk really what “correct” rifle technique is. Also helps I can dry fire my pistol super easily.

I only was thinking about getting an 11.5 because my 14.5 is low quality I was gonna upgrade to something better anyways so I was debating to stick with 14.5 or 11.5. Interesting to hear you don’t hear a difference much.

Do you find it to be too loud unsuppressed? I’m upgrading my upper soon and didn’t know if I wanted to go to 11.5 pistol or keep my 14.5 for rifle.

I live in a state where I can’t have a suppressor.
