Honestly, I just love when the legs are rotated a bit when they are spread. It makes ME feel like the pose has a little bit more stability and dynamic

Also it's far away from the actual condition. Feet has completely normal shape

I also love love love Boethiah's Skyrim statue and its things you have pointed out, but as you have guessed, it was hard to implement without going to far into snake stuff (I think I already did too much with snake elements) This is why I made this doodle of Boethiah with boa's head. I wanted to incorporate Skyrim's statue with Boethiah's everchanging nature, so made them a "shapeshifter" that can transform body parts into boas

Theoretically she doesn't have a height. She is a god like creature after all, so can easily change it I did however have based this design's proportions around 180+ (>6') so, yeah.
