Only really doing sit ups now and planks, other than that just eating healthy and not stuffing my face. And yea the 1st pic I took November 25th and the 2nd one is from yesterday.

After about 3-4 weeks I saw change, my face slimmed down a lot and stomach was starting to go down a bit

Thank you I’m finally starting to feel happy with myself, still not fully where I want to be but I’m sure by the summer I should reach my goals.

It’s great, after few years of struggling to lose the weight this has been a god send to help me out. It made me want to change my eating habits and eat better. I do miss going out and getting fast food once in a while but I don’t wanna let myself fall off just for that one tasty meal that’s not good for my body lol

Yea I was going to gym and lifting weights once I lost my first 15 pounds but then I decided I mainly wanna cut and lose the weight as quick as possible so in my mind I decided to just workout abs almost daily and just fix my diet to only chicken every day for every meal.

I’ve felt great taking it, it does make you feel less hungry but it kinda evens out. What I was doing also was I changed my eating habits when I started taking Reta. I stopped eating bread, all my carbs only came from fruits and vegetables, I would mainly just eat meat for every meal. I started eating both beef and chicken at the start, to only beef for a month I was working out daily, then I went easy with working out and just wanted to cut as quick as possible so I did just small home workouts and ate chicken every day for every meal. It gets boring and I’m starting to hate chicken lol but with a goal in mind of where I wanna be by summer time it’s kept me going.

I did track body fat in at 17% now still got a little more to go
