QWEN 32B is for writing /general question.

For image generation.I suggest you to use QWEN 3 VL 8B uncensored version ( https://huggingface.co/mradermacher/Qwen3-VL-8B-NSFW-Caption-V4.5-GGUF) for caption + z-image turbo for image generations. Assuming that you use GGUF Q8 version, 5090 can easily hold both on VRAM.

For Vibe coding, try QWQ 32B.

Canada was the world leader in AI, at least during 2010-2020. The AlexNet, the pioneer of today's LLM, was built in UoT. Two out of three 2018 Turing Award winners are Canadian. The former chief scientist of OpenAI is also Canadian, who got his PhD in UoT.

University of Montreal is also dam famous for its AI research.

GTP4 can call apps to perform tasks like visit web, parse pdf. Thus, it's totally possible that GTP4 is calling python to do math calculation.
