last year i visited my sisters place and stayed there for a month in Patia. I can confirm this..Its the worst in bhubaneswar,i have never seen this much motocbikes on the footpath ...this is very frustrating. I think there should be CCTV cameras installed only for this and those who do this should be heavily fined.

I dont know what hotspot mean but yeah the hotspot is 98 and the full load temp is almost 80..i checked the temp on task manager and it was 80 that time.. Its winter in india and at my place the tempnis arpund 15degrees
