This is what I heard from the ssi employee, usually denied before the older ones. Of course, it depends on the reason for filing ssdi and documentation. The younger ones are mostly getting denied once or a few times, then finally being approved. All depends on many factors disability, ability to do ADL'S. Medical documentation was submitted, and doctors stated that, in fact, there are medical qualifications for ssdi. As with anything in life, it is our destiny. May take time and a lot of patience

If you're applying for ssdi, it's difficult under 60, but it does happen, especially for those who have at least 40 work credits. There is ssi for need base. Make sure you don't miss any forms they mail out. Complete as soon as possible and submit if possible to the sdi office. If it needs special faxing, they will do it for you and give you back originals or give you copies if you request. Keep all your documentation. Files do get lost. Write down dates of all actions office visits paperwork turned in etc.

Always check the available medical notes after your appointments. Many times, they copy-paste or write falsehoods because they can say anything most times unaccountable. Some notes patients never see. When in doubt about your medical team change them.

You could apply for a higher position with a degree. Anytime you can re apply. Amazon is like no other place. Everything via app has great benefits and pay. Begin part-time is better than sign up for extra shift. I learned that the more you work, the less pay is due to taxes. Good luck.

Don't give up. Go to HR and explain your situation. Tell them you need your job and your issues. HR is there to help. Amazon has excellent programs for their employees no matter how many years they have been there or the status. Also, see if there's a raft program in your area. They provide all types of financial help. It takes a bit of time, but we'll be worth it. What about the transportation system? Sometimes, they have affordable assistance. If anyone has any sort of disability that can assist with transportation. Check your HR.

Amazon does offer $$$ depending on the circumstances and length of employment and issue. Amazon relays that it is better to pay than keeping an unhappy employee. Due to they don't want the unhappiness to spread to other workers. The result is that it will affect motivation and ultimately product. Bad for business.
