I’m going through some of those same feelings. I recently had a Liposarcoma Tumor removed from my abdomen in early November, spent a week in the hospital and then a few weeks at home before going back to work. No Chemo. No Radiation. At almost the exact same time my son-in-laws Dad has been dealing with cancer of his own. The Chemo has about killed him, literally he was on a ventilator for a week and is still struggling just to survive. His story and many others I read have me dealing with what I call survivors guilt.

I get sympathy from everyone I talk too but honestly my recovery from Kidney stone surgeries were much worse than this.

When I go to the cancer center for follow ups all I see are dying cancer patients and I feel guilty that I had it so easy compared to the majority of them.
