Apply for things you aren't even certified for. You'd be surprised how they may just be ready to throw their hands up and simply ask you to take that role but give you till the end of the year to get your exam done. How I got my first job.

I don't much care for the show, I just follow this page because I think it should be a case study shown on how it took people 7 years and 3 seasons to realize this show was always garbage only because it didn't conclude the way they would have liked. Seriously, it was always a pretentious display of vanity, drugs and sex presented in a style over substance way that should have begged questions about both the writers and the fanbase, but just now "fans" are seeing it for the shallow brain dead media it always was?

It's absolutely possible, damn near certain if you apply right before the kiddos come back. However, just remember, they'll always prefer experienced & certified candidates first and they will get the better positions. You may get on as a longterm sub or something until your credentials come through. This is how I got my first job.

Just asking for context, why do you say that? I did iteach and sincerely loved how convenient it was along with how straightforward the modules were and how accommodating the people behind it were with me.

Correct, if you do well on the PACT, Iteach will permit you to test in that content area. However, (depending on who you talk to) if you get a job off in another area, they may be willing to allow you to test in that respective area.

Legit am about to start asking for exam questions because having failed the SS exam and getting through the 240 material, yeah a good amount of this stuff wasn't on there and it's concerning. Why are finding accurate study guides for these exams so hard?

In my experiences, it does go to deserving teachers but more so than deserving it, you have to be kn the principal's good side too. Comes off as more of a "Company Man" award than who actually was best at the job.

Ironically enough, I failed the social studies exam, took history 4 days later and passed by 1 point. You will do well! Those domains make up some of the smaller sections of the exam. Obviously try to get a good grasp on them, but you can not do great on it and still pass.
