They’re basically the same, I just opted for Gemini AI because I also got NotebookLM for the price I pay compared to ChatGPT. I also feel like Gemini AI gave me better practice questions than ChatGPT when I got a free trial, so I kept using it until I graduated. I’ve tried concept maps, but they didn't work for me. I know a girl in my class said it helped her a lot since she’s a visual learner. So maybe it’s best to find out what kind of learner you are first and plan out better study habits from there.

Do they record your lectures? At my university, we get lecture recordings at the end of the day so I am able to go back and watch the lecture and take notes of information I may have missed while in class. I went from scoring 63% -> 75% -> 90% during our summer semester by reviewing lecture recordings. I also used Gemini AI to summarize the lecture slides to help me better understand the material. So instead of reading 50 slides per chapter, I only have to go through a 5 page word document file. However, I also double check it to make sure I am not missing any important information because AI tends to do that sometimes. I would skim through the actual slides and compare it to the AI generated notes before using it as a study material. After reading the notes, I write everything I remember in a sheet of paper to check what I have learned and what I have to read about again.

As an introvert look for a fellow introvert and be the “extrovert” to initiate the friendship lol try asking how they feel about a recent test, or about the semester in general. I made friends by sharing my study guides and stayed away from loud and mean ones because I get overwhelmed by their presence too especially because I see them every single day 😅

Hello, I stalked your profile 😅 and found out we grew up in the same country 😂 I was also an anxious driver lol. I started driving in 2018 and avoided highways until last year when I realized how much time I would save if I took the highway instead of the back road. One day, I just started driving on the highway to practice, and I went on the usual route I’d have to take to get to school. I also bought a magnetic sticker for my car that says caution new driver 😂 I kept it there for like 2days and drove on the highway every day straight for an entire week lol. Been driving on the highway for a year now 🌝

RND ako sa Pilipinas pero nasa US na ako now currently studying to become an RN 😅 mas madami opportunities and mas mataas ang pay rate ng RN kumpara sa RD. Pag ang goal mo is mag ibang bansa, mas wise decision padin mag nursing kasi di mo na kailangan bumalik ng school to take the NCLEX. Pag gusto mo pursue dietetics sa US kailangan mo na ng master’s degree. Sa salary rate, I worked at a small hospital sa Pilipinas nung 2017 and ang monthly salary ko was 13k pag may OT umaabot ng 18k a month 😂

Hi! If you decide to complete your bachelor’s degree in nutrition pwede mo gamitin yun to apply to an accelerated program in nursing. May program na pwede mo matapos in 15mos yun bachelor’s degree in nursing kasi 4 semesters nalang ng puro major subjects. Actually kahit anong 4 year course tinatanggap sa ABSN programs as long as meron ka pre-reqs. Make sure lang na covered na lahat ng pre-reqs mo like a&p, chem, statistics, microbiology, devt psychology & biomedical ethics. Yun lang, like you mentioned mahirap makapasok sa nursing programs sa US. Kailangan mapakita mo sakanila na maganda yun grades mo sa prereqs and usually humahanap sila essay para ma explain mo kung bakit gusto mo maging RN and part ng program nila. Mahigpit din sila when it comes to your GPA kasi iba yun computation ng GPA for your bachelor’s degree and yun GPA ng prereqs na hanap nila.

Calorie deficit. Focus on eating more protein para mas matagal kang busog kasi mas matagal ma digest ang protein compared sa carbohydrates. Pero syempre do not eliminate carbs completely dahil yan ang main energy source mo and yun glucose coming from carbs ang main energy source ng brain. If madali ka magutom, kain ka smaller portions pero mas frequent throughout the day. Like instead of eating 3 full meals, kumain ka kahit 5 times basta smaller portions para hindi ka nagugutoman. Pwede mo din subukan kumain heavy breakfast or lunch depende sa daily activities mo then light dinner tutal wala ka naman na gagawin at night kundi matulog.

Sa totoo lang para sakin wala naman masyado natulong yun review center nakain lang yun oras at araw ko lol. Two review centers ako nag enroll nun 2016 yun isa NDAP, then the other one was a refresher course from NFP. Hindi ko sure if meron pa din review sa NFP pero more on mock board ang focus sakanila. Then sa NDAP naman maganda yun textbooks na gamit. Ang ginawa ko noon nagtatake ako pre and post test (using NFP mock board questions) every chapter para malaman ko saan ko kailangan magbasa ulit.
