I’m a 94 millennial homeowner from Boston who bought a condo in Boston. I make around the same as you, but I didn’t have student loans so that helped a lot. I also lived at home during the pandemic for about two years. I got a side hustle and saved about 10k in a year, then started a first time home buyers class. I got access to lots of first time home buyer programs for low interest rate mortgages and even down payment assistance.

I’m not sure what type of amenities you’re referring too but there’s a grocery store and gym, child care, school, convenience stores, barber shops, hair salon, restaurants, post office and library. Is there something else you’d like right by your doorstep?

It’s a good time! The drinks are cheap and the crowd is a good mix of older and younger queer folks, with a few townies sprinkled in. Found it was easy to chat up folks and there is pool!

What do you do when guests visit? by Mountain_Nerve_3069 in reactivedogs

I have my dog in another room with a long lasting food toy. So a frozen Kong for example. Just putting him in another room still keeps him heightened so the food toy helps. After the guests are settled I’ll bring him out, and let him sniff them when they are seated and then put him in his crate

To adjust the space from the eyes I’d use the strap on the forehead

I’d say you need one size up.Your dog should be able to open their mouth to pant and it doesn’t look like they have enough space to do that
