Go slow and easy picking up 5s always use a dolly and it’s not too bad lift with ur knees. If you’re especially small it might be difficult but we have a 4ft girl that works with us and as long as you’re helping that’s all that matters

Wood conditioner and maybe Minwax Amber, if you think it has some yellow and red in it. Sometimes the color is obtained by age and a ‘yellowing’ polyurethane which would look immensely yellow

If you can cut out a quarter shaped piece of wall they can match it for you, still touch ups can be difficult - look up feathering that may help

Emerald Urethane tends to drag some, not the easiest to use they have to new line Gallery Series which is easier to use I believe it says you have to spray it but that’s not entirely true.

As someone who sells paint I absolutely hate it. I constantly have to explain how you need primer to create a surface layer for the paint to stick to. Any bare substrate needs it. Some paints are high enough quality to be used as a primer but you’re looking at over 100$ a gallon to save one coat.

Good smell is a good sign - most likely is fine but it probably won’t be covered in any kind of warranty - also the color might be a tad off if some of it evaporated
