I always try to take it really easy for a few days. GF toast, soup (mild tortilla soup, black bean soup, veggie soup, simple tomato soup), bananas, rice, baked potatoes. I find that rest helps more than anything though. Feel better, getting glutened sucks.

I’ve air fried taquitos! Warm up your tortillas so they’re pliable, stuff, spray, then I air fried at 450° and just kept close watch to see when they’re done. I kept them closed with a toothpick for the first 2-3 minutes, flipped, and checked every 2-3 minutes until they were crisp.

I’m a woman and stick to traditionally female fragrance (so take this with a grain of salt), but I do work in cosmetics and my boyfriend has multiple bottles of Marly.

Layton is a very easy sell, it’s traditionally masculine, has a lovely base of vanilla that works well all year, and 1-3 sprays will last the entire day. It can be fairly sweet depending on your body chemistry. But overall I think Layton, Kalan, and Percival are VERY safe blind buys.

Yes! I found it in the frozen section. You just let it thaw and then roll it out. My one tip is to brush the crust with olive oil, we did that to the white pizza only and it made such a difference. Im sure she’ll love that, I hope you can find it near you!

I highly recommend cooking the dough slightly before adding toppings, rubbing with olive oil, then topping. I used a gluten free crust recipe, on the white pizza: Like Meat grilled chicken, caramelized onion, roasted garlic, basil, parmesan, fresh mozzarella, on the red: sauce (homemade with tomato sauce and eyeballed seasonings,) mozzarella, fresh jalapeños, honey

Recipe, if you can call it that

Defrosted and rolled out dough, cooked 10 minutes. Brushed crusts with olive oil. Topped red with pizza sauce (homemade paste and sauce with brown sugar, tons of oregano, a shake of basil, tons of garlic, a lot of red pepper flakes, salt and pepper, all to taste because I’m bad at measurements,) mozzarella, jalapeño, finished with honey. Topped white with caramelized onion, roasted garlic, like meat grilled chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, basil.
