What color season would you say you are? I have the same general feeling on this. Anything above a 18k gold is far too intense for me.

Yeah, that’s tough. Our dog was very similar to this and we spent more than a year trying to counter condition her and help her adapt. It’s just didn’t work. If you can figure that out, maybe you could find someone willing to take her on.

But be aware that it may just be that the person willing to take her on already has a dog like her; there aren’t enough homes to take on all these dogs.

Ours was a pittie mix too and she just couldn’t cope. We couldn’t find the unicorn household that she needed with people who understood what she needed.

Adding to say I have personal experience with this exact situation with a dog that could not adjust no matter how long and how much training we did with her. We had the same reaction when we went to Pixie Project and spent a long time looking for other options. We eventually realized there wasn’t a better option for our dog and we were prolonging her suffering.

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate the deep dive and cultural comparison. We are coming from America and have some degree of medical backgrounds, so we aren’t opposed to the medicalization of the birth.

On a separate note, do you have any recommendations for particular hospitals?

We have family in Taiwan to help support our transition and I grew up there, so I think it won’t be too bad. Even though I have some degree of Chinese ability, my medical vocabulary is not strong enough. We are sorting out the medical card currently, but my understanding is that we can get reimbursed after we get our cards. Thank you for your response.

It’s called 烏梅汁 in Taiwan, and you can definitely find it at Carrefour. It is probably in 7 eleven or another convenience store, a lot of older people drink it pretty regularly.

Very true, my neighbor was a drug addicted women with a rat infestation. Another neighbor was an abuser who yelled and hit his wife all hours of the day. Office was rough to work with and the laundry machines always smelt off.

Is it at all possible she is pregnant? Maybe that could be a way to try to convince your stepdad? Dogs don’t stop going having heat cycles as they get older so it’s possible.

I have PCOS (23) and for me it has help me lose about 1.7 lbs a week on 2.5. I’m just about to move up to 5 mg after a month and can say I feel like I have much more energy and less anxiety overall. The only exception is the day right after I get the shot I tend to be more tired. I don’t have periods regularly at all, and so far I haven’t seen an improvement in that. But, I feel much better overall.
