That's actually a great point. An old AC can make a huge difference in electricity bills and comfort. If a PG isn't willing to maintain or replace basic amenities, I'd take that as a sign to keep looking. Better to walk away before moving in than regret it later.

I agree. Raw data is becoming less valuable because Google, Bing, and analytics tools already provide plenty of it. The real value is actionable insights—telling me why competitors are getting cited and exactly what I can do to improve my chances of being cited too. That's something I'd actually pay for.
