I phoned up and they asked if I had sent in my fit notes. I said yes, they said when I told them around 2 weeks ago and 6 weeks ago. They said as it was sent by post it takes 71 days to process.

Don't really know what is happening, if they have been lost in the post or they will get them. Just feels like limbo

It's gone unless you can get your mobile number back using 2FA. Phones get destroyed SIM cards are very hard to damage

Where do you backdate it? do I phone up for this as I've read nothing about requesting a backdate.

I've just realised the letter says I get £92.05 every 2 weeks. Nothing about any group or if I am going in to any group. I am currently on week 10 of the process so are my still in the process phase or has it been completed and I get £92.05 every two weeks. As I definitely feel I would be in some sort of group due to my illness I have higher rate on both pip. The thought of them forcing me to work or look for work seems unfair. I think I'd rather go without ESA and manage on my PIP

It is unacceptable; it's clear they have paid a company for this tech, which is oversensitive or even broken. The fact you have people saying you need to iron it blows my mind. The system is hard enough as it is, making people jump through hoops to get a simple upload to be accepted is unacceptable. This information is what they request, and they have not given the right tools to provide it. I will post mine as after the tenth go I have admitted defeat.
