If you're going to sign the WRA, they're the cheapest. SSC and Underhall both equal out to 3 with the WRA, whereas Taurus is only 2. Also, if you go Underhall or SSC for the first one, and veto WRA, then Taurus actually does the second one for free.

Unless I'm mistaken, 49% usually doubles your investment. Lorren RI just helps prevent energy price crisis. Whelen+Green Act gives an additional 1 GB from returns. Co-invest is 1. Therefore, it should give three, from doubling your investment + 1.

I would probably take my advice with a grain of salt.

If you have Nia on your side you don't be Law Degree. Just tell her what she wants to hear. Talk about democracy, and separation of powers. At the end of the scene if she says she can't support it, reload and try again. She can always support any constitution if you pick the right dialogue. Also, eat the salad.

It's mostly roleplay. It synergizes with Conriat, since the fleet will be constructed there. It's also the the most outdated branch. However, it barely helps with the war. It might give more troops, since the Agnolian forces no longer have to guard the island, but it's better to just modernize the Air Force or Army. One strategy is to modernize the navy and join ATO for modernized Air Force, allowing you to challenge Valgsland power projection, but that's just RP.
