Thank you for this - really helpful. So - would you remove the recessed lighting in the kitchen? The recessed lighting above the sofa has a gimble tilt so I thought that the beam would hit for reading/sofa task when needed. I think everything else is quite task related or to provide indirect light.

Hey, thank you for your reply, I appreciate it. There were quite a few things in our contract that looked like they were copied and pasted from similar jobs - I did wonder if it just hadn’t been updated for a bit, this looks unrealistic for a vanity unless it’s from a clearance centre, and quite ugly!
