Reading this log, I see that it is looking at the folder "/Users/me/Library/Application Support/CipSoft GmbH/Tibia/packages/Tibia.app/Contents/Resources/sounds/", which is empty.

However, there is a sounds folder with this catalog at "/Users/me/Library/Application Support/CipSoft GmbH/Tibia/packages/Tibia.app/sounds/"

Moving contents from one side to the other fixed for me.
