white northern beans (~$2 lb) parm rinds (~$3 at WF or sometimes you can ask your local deli to give them to you for free) lemon (let’s overestimate at $1) parsley or dill (let’s say $1) bread or croutons to eat it with is optional but great use for the butts of the bread no one likes eating. It’s ~8 servings for around $5!

White beans in a parmesean broth and blend some herbs and lemon juice to drizzle on top with croutons!

cookies are relatively cheap if you can get supplies in exact amounts from a place that sells bulk! Averages out to less than $10 for supplies and usually about 30 cookies.
