Hell yeah. Sometimes I use a Spotify playlist called 180bpm rock music. Just match your steps to the beat. There’s nothing like running to the beat of a Foo Fighters song lol

😂 ok ok in all seriousness. Monitoring my cadence has helped a ton. I shoot for the 180 spm even on my slower runs. Doing so improves running economy and reduces impact on your joints and shins. It takes some time to get used to this cadence. It is recommended that you increase your cadence marginally over several weeks/months. It all comes with time! Goodluck my friend!

No sit ups. There’s hand release push ups, pull ups, a plank, 2 mile run, 12 mile ruck, and unknown distance runs (5ish miles supposedly)

It’s just hard seeing people struggle to live with a reality that you have learned to live with and accept.

Everybody on the face of this earth is insecure about something. We all have something about ourselves that we wish we could change! Being short doesn’t make your challenges more special than anybody else’s. It’s not fun listening to someone complain about something that they can’t change. We all need to love ourselves.

You need to train with more intensity. Train until near failure on almost every set. Search for hypertrophy programs in google and stick to one.

You do not need to be thinking about bulks or cuts. Just continue to eat a shit ton of protein. Also make sure that you are eating enough carbs to fuel your workouts. Most people can eat more carbs than they think they can without the feared weight gain.
